1,The Chinese Embassy or Consulates General do not take visa applications sent by mail. If the applicant can not come to the visa office himself, he can send someone else or a travel/visa agent to the Embassy or Consulate General for the visa application process.

2,Due to technical reason, applications for " same day service " must be submitted before 11:30a.m..
