New Visa Form Effective from September 1,2007

Notice: According to the instruction from Beijing, effective from September 1, 2007, the new Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China will be used and old versions will be void and discontinued. Please be advised that applicants and visa agencies use new form when submitting visa application, old form is unacceptable and will be returned. The new Chinese Visa Application Form may be obtained from the Visa Office, or downloaded from the website http://www.box.net/shared/static/ia8aliz8ne.pdf for the PDF file or http://www.box.net/shared/static/83jgh4smip.doc for the WORD file.
