On February 26, Consul General Gao Yanping met with Mr. Esau C. Liu, Chairman of the Board of Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce and First Vice President & Regional Manager for Dallas Region of Cathay Bank, in the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Houston. Mr. Yao Wenliang, head of Economic and Trade Section of the Consulate General, Consul Chu Kaimin, Consul Wang Peijun and Ms. Grace Lin, Vice President & Loan Officer for Dallas Region of Cathay Bank were present.

Consul General Gao exchanged views with Mr. Liu on issues of common concern such as China-U.S. relations, 2010 shanghai World Expo, cultural exchanges and etc..
