On January 14, 2010, Consul General Gao Yanping met with James N Falk, President and CEO of World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth. Deputy Consul General Zhou Ding joined the meeting.

Consul General Gao said, World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth plays a significant role in promoting mutual understanding between China and the United States and has devoted great efforts to the enhancement of exchanges and cooperation between China and the Greater Dallas area. Consul General Gao hoped President Falk and WAC Dallas/Fort Worth continue exerting their influences to further boost China-U.S. relations.

President Falk said, China has a prosperous future of development. People from the Greater Dallas area have great enthusiasm in the exchanges and cooperation with China. He will join hands with the Chinese Consulate General in Houston to make more contributions to the friendly cooperation between China and the Greater Dallas area.
