Chinese Consulate General in Houston, the first one opened in the United States, covers consular jurisdiction of the eight states: Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Oklahoma. Our primary objective is to work for the betterment and development of the mutual beneficial relations between China and the above-listed states in the areas of economy and trade, culture, education, science and technology. We are also committed to offering services such as issuing visas etc., and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese citizens in the United States.
